Cinema Builder Ordering Information and Policies

ORDERING:

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. To place an order, simply use our secure shopping cart.  Sales tax is not charged except for items sent to Virginia residents.

Items that are not customized are usually shipped within 2 days, but please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.   Custom items and large quantities will usually take between 2 to 8 weeks.  The site will usually indicate if an item is out of stock, but if after the order is placed, we determine it is out of stock, we will let you know the item is on backorder, an estimated shipping date, and offer you a refund, if you desire.  

NOTE:  We use the PayPal payment processing engine – but you DO NOT need to have or create a PayPal account to place an order.  On the Shopping Cart page, simply select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

Also, because the some of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with the manufacturers on your behalf.

  FREE GROUND SHIPPING:

We use ground shipping provided by FedEx, UPS, or for large items - freight companies. For very large items, the shipping company will provide curb-side drop off.  If you want to have a different delivery option for these large items, please let us know.  There is a $9.99 flat-rate shipping charge for orders below $100.  NOTE:  Our free & flat-rate shipping policy applies to shipping to the lower 48 states.  Please contact us for the additional shipping charges to other areas.  Also, certain items do not include free shipping due to their size/weight.  Please be sure to always provide us a correct address (which is not a PO Box) - any shipping charges that Cinemabuilder pays on your behalf and/or with you order will not be refunded for shipments that are not delivered.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If your package should arrive damaged, please let us know immediately by e-mail and save all packing materials and boxes.  However, do not return any packages until directed by us.  If the items were shipped by freight, please make a note with the shipper and refuse the package. 

OUR RETURN POLICY:

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please e-mail us at info@cinemabuilder.com to request an Return Authorization# within 30 days of receiving your purchase.   For items that are in a new, unopened condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking charge.  If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in excellent condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Also, any shipping charges that Cinemabuilder pays on your behalf and/or any shipping charges paid with your order are not refundable.  Also, the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer.  Be sure not to write on the product carton when performing a return. For products that are customized, unfortunately we can not accept returns/refunds.  Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you should have any questions about returning your items, please contact us at info@cinemabuilder.com 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If the product should arrive defective or become defective within the first 30 days, it will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Cinema Builder. If an item should become defective after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

Any returned products need an RMA #.   To obtain a RMA # number, please send an e-mail to info@cinemabuilder.com and provide us with details about your order and the problems you are experiencing.   Please do not return any products until after an RMA # is issued. 

YOUR SECURITY AND PRIVACY:

We will never share, trade or sell any of your information to any third parties (except for sharing any information with our suppliers to fulfill your order).  We use the PayPal payment processing engine and we do not store, or even have access to, your Credit card information - this is handled by the PayPal engine directly (and is done this way to provide you the highest level of security).  The PayPal payment processing engine is also SSL encrypted for your protection.
